We are seeking self-motivated, self-managed sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment. Our ideal agents are independent, proactive, and ready to follow a proven system.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need constant hand-holding.

• Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require ongoing motivation and guidance at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Uncoachable agents or those with a large ego who resist training and feedback.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with clients typically paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated individuals ready to follow our proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

Unlike traditional life insurance companies, we focus on high-value policies and conduct 100% of our sales virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and looking for dedicated agents eager to succeed.
