We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who thrive in an autonomous environment.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents in urgent financial need or desperation for income.

2. Agents who cannot afford to purchase their own leads.

3. Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

4. Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

5. Agents who are not coachable or possess a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively connect with clients.

2. Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with clients typically paying over $250/month.

3. Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
