We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and are looking for a high-end insurance sales opportunity.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate financial results.

• Agents who cannot afford their own leads.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Uncoachable agents with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premiums, with clients paying over $250/month.

• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not your traditional life insurance company; we focus on high-end policies rather than traditional life, final expense, or mortgage protection policies.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom meetings.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
