High End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity

We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money out of desperation.

• Agents who cannot afford their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents with strong communication skills.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium products, with clients paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We are not your traditional life insurance company; we do not focus on traditional life, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not engage in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
