High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and require minimal supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money and in urgent need of sales.

• Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Individuals who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month if you know what you're doing.

• Self-driven agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering products such as high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company focusing on low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. Our business is conducted entirely through virtual sales (telephone and Zoom meetings).

Our average agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not operate lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
