High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Performers

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment and do not require excessive oversight.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate income.

• Agents who cannot independently purchase their own leads.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium products, with our average client paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We differ from traditional life insurance companies by focusing on high-end policies, working exclusively through virtual sales via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.
