High End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity

We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:
  1. Agents who are desperate to make money.

  2. Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

  3. Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

  4. Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

  5. Agents who are uncoachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:
  1. Competent agents who communicate effectively and speak well.

  2. Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.

  3. Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, selling high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings across the US.

Our average agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium.

We do not offer lead assistance programs. We provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
