High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment and prefer working independently.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate.

• Agents who cannot afford their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Uncoachable agents or those with a large ego that hinder team growth.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively connect with clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies, with clients typically paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium products like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Average agents invest between $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We do not offer lead assistance programs. We provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
