Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• License to drive community bus or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, web-based platforms, electronic health record systems, and HR-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling and leading community activities, events, and holidays.
• Introduce new residents and families to life enrichment programs.
• Assist in coordinating holiday decorations for the community.
• Contribute to resident assessments by assisting with Life Stories.
• Maintain attendance and family messaging in Cedarhurst’s electronic platform.
• Attend monthly virtual education meetings.
