You will collaborate with residents, families, and staff to tailor programs to life stories and interests, while supporting health, purpose, and joy in daily living.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and lead community activities, programs, and events.
• Welcome new residents and families to the life enrichment program.
• Assist in decorating displays for holidays and events.
• Support Life Stories and resident assessments for engagement.
• Record activity attendance and communicate with families via Cedarhurst’s platform.
• Attend monthly virtual education meetings.
• Drive the community bus for outings and appointments as needed.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure resident well-being and program effectiveness.
