CRISTA Ministries is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator for its Senior Living program in Shoreline, WA. The role focuses on creating meaningful Life Enrichment activities that support residents’ physical, mental and spiritual well-being, including memory care support.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and coordinate resident activities. The position emphasizes faith-based service, compliance with regulations, and collaboration with families to enhance

• Provide orientation to programs offered in the facility and use of facility services/activities.

• Utilize the Life Enrichment services, creating a care plan that reflects each resident’s needs.
• Promote physical, cognitive, emotional and mental health through activities.
• Document activities, resident responses and outcomes in progress notes and MDS.
