Job summary

CRISTA Senior Living in Shoreline, WA is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to design and implement activities that support residents’ physical, cognitive, emotional, and spiritual well-being. You will assess residents, contribute to care planning, and lead program sessions in both general and memory care areas.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, coordinate calendars, document progress, and engage families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in planning and implementing social/recreational programs.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide orientation to programs and facility services.
• Develop care plans reflecting residents' needs.
• Document activities and resident responses.
• Coordinate Life Enrichment activities with family and staff.
• Supervise neighborhood volunteers as requested.
