CRISTA Senior Living in Shoreline, WA is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to design and lead activities that enhance residents’ physical, mental, and spiritual well-being in line with assessments and care plans.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, conduct assessments, develop care plans, and document outcomes while engaging residents, families, and volunteers to provide meaningful, joyful programs, including memory care activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Read, write, and communicate in English at functional level.
• Experience in recreational therapy or activities for geriatrics preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide orientation to programs offered in the facility and use of services/activities.
• Implement assessment, care planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Create care plans reflecting individual resident needs.
• Promote physical, cognitive, emotional and mental health through activities.
• Document activities, responses and outcomes in progress notes and MDS.
• Coordinate monthly activity calendars and neighborhood events.
• Work with interdisciplinary team to support holistic Life Enrichment.
