Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Driver's license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• CPR or BLS certified preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and lead resident activities and events.
• Introduce new residents to enrichment programs.
• Coordinate holiday decorations.
• Assist with Life Stories and resident assessments.
• Lead attendance tracking and family communications in Cedarhurst's system.
• Drive the community bus for outings and appointments.
• Collaborate with Life Enrichment Director and staff to engage residents.
• Adhere to safety and infection control policies.
