Cedarhurst Senior Living is hiring a Life Enrichment Coordinator to design and oversee a comprehensive activity program that enhances residents' well-being and social connection. You will work with residents, families, and staff to reflect individual interests and life stories, creating meaningful, joyful experiences daily.

The role requires organizing events, assisting with assessments, and using Cedarhurst's digital platforms to communicate with families and document activities.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word) and digital platforms.
• Experience with electronic health record systems and HR-related software.
• Possession of or ability to obtain a passenger bus driving license within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead activities, events, and experiences that promote social, physical, and cognitive engagement.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to tailor programs to interests and life stories.
• Assist with Life Stories, attendance, and family messaging in Cedarhurst’s digital tools.
• Support transport needs and participate in community outreach and celebrations.
