Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to enhance residents' quality of life by planning and leading a comprehensive life enrichment program. You will partner with residents, families, and staff to create meaningful activities and experiences that promote social engagement, physical and cognitive wellness.

The role requires driving the community bus for outings, coordinating events, and supporting activities across the campus.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• License to drive community bus or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Familiarity with common digital tools including Outlook, Excel, Word and EHR/HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and lead community activities, events and celebrations.
• Onboard new residents to life enrichment programs with families.
• Assist in decorating displays for holidays and community events.
• Assist in Life Stories and resident assessments as needed.
• Maintain activity attendance and family communications in Cedarhurst’s electronic platform.
• Attend monthly virtual education meetings.
• Drive the community bus for outings and appointments.
