Harbour View Harmony Management LLC is seeking a Life Enrichment Activities Assistant to support the Life Enrichment Director in designing, creating, initiating, facilitating, and implementing a wide variety of multi-level meaningful recreational and educational programs for our Independent Living and Assisted Living neighborhoods in Suffolk, Virginia.

You will assist in surveying residents, coordinating with the program team, and promoting resident engagement through well-organized activities

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent; entry level with 1–3 years preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexible, imaginative, engaging and passionate about seniors.
• Experience planning programs and activities.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Assist Life Enrichment Director in designing, creating, initiating and implementing a wide variety of programs for IL and AL neighborhoods.
• Develops and executes a monthly activity program aligned with Harmony signature programs and resident interests.
• Lead 6–7 high quality programs per day and coordinate with the program team.
• Survey residents to determine interests and satisfaction with programs and activities.
• Coordinate calendars, events, and outings for the upcoming month; recruit and oversee volunteers.
• Assist with resident transportation and off-site outings when needed.
