Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–6 months related experience or training.
• Able to write simple correspondence and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Leads Engage Life programs.
• Provides diverse recreational activities with supervision.
• Develops resident programs, including for those confined to rooms.
• Engages and motivates residents to participate.
• Informs residents of activities and maintains a schedule.
• Welcomes new residents and introduces them to others.
• Plans parties and seasonal decorations and monthly birthday events.
• Supports census-building initiatives.
• Maintains activity records and participation data.
• Assists Engage Life Director with volunteers.
• May drive community vehicle if required.
