Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3–6 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Able to write simple correspondence and present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engage Life programs and activities that engage residents.
• Provide a variety of recreational activities with appropriate supervision.
• Develop programs for residents, including those confined to rooms.
• Inform residents of upcoming activities and maintain current event schedules.
• Assist in planning community events and decorating for seasons/holidays.
• Support census-building initiatives within the community.
