Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3–6 months related experience or training, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Leads assigned Engage Life programs to residents.
• Offers diverse recreational activities with supervision.
• Develops programs for residents, including those confined to rooms.
• Engages and motivates residents to participate in activities.
• Informs residents of upcoming activities and maintains a schedule.
• Greets new residents and helps integrate them into activities.
• Assists in planning parties and seasonal decorations.
• Supports census-building initiatives within the community.
• Maintains records of activities and participation as required by law.
• Assists Engage Life Director in coordinating volunteers.
• May drive the company vehicle if required.
• Performs other duties as needed.
