Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create purpose-filled moments for residents with memory loss. You will develop individualized Life Skills, guide group activities, and coordinate with team members to deliver resident-centered programs.

Offers opportunities to engage residents daily, with a focus on meaningful routines and supportive staff. Includes benefits and annual compensations aligned to Sunrise practices.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

Pay Range: 15.92 - 19.90
