Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a Life Enrichment Manager to create purposeful Life Skills experiences for residents with memory loss. You will develop individualized activities, engage residents in familiar routines, and organize enrichment clubs while tailoring programs to each resident's needs.

The role emphasizes documenting participation per quality standards, maintaining stations, and supporting teammates and volunteers to foster meaningful moments and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.

Pay Range: 17.05 - 21.75

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee's position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan.
