Sunrise Senior Living in Livingston, NJ is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create purposeful moments for memory-impaired seniors. You will develop Life Skills activities, tailor routines, and guide groups to promote engagement and dignity.

The role emphasizes resident-centered programming, collaboration with staff, and ongoing documentation, with opportunities for discretionary bonuses based on performance.

Competenze

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.

You help residents experience purpose, connection, and dignity through structured, resident-centered programming.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
• Experience leading group activities preferred

Pay Range: 15.92 - 19.90

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee's position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
