Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to develop and deliver individualized Life Skills programs for residents, including those living with memory loss. You will lead activities, coordinate groups, and tailor plans based on ISP data and resident needs.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and adaptability, with at least 1 year of memory-care experience. On-site work with generous benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.

Pay Range: 15.92 - 19.90

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee's position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
