Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager in Massachusetts to create purpose-filled activities for residents with memory loss. You will develop Life Skills programs, supervise enrichment clubs, and tailor activities to individual needs, promoting dignity and daily engagement through familiar routines.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of memory-impaired senior experience, strong communication, and organizational skills, with ability to adapt activities to cognitive

Responsibilities

Life Enrichment Manager – Create Purposeful Moments for Seniors with Memory Loss

As a Life Enrichment Manager, you create personalized Life Skills experiences that foster purpose, familiarity, and meaningful moments for residents living with memory loss.

What You’ll Do

You help residents experience purpose, connection, and dignity through structured, resident-centered programming.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
• Experience leading group activities preferred

Pay Range

15.92 - 19.90
