Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living seeks a Life Enrichment Manager to craft and deliver Memory Care Life Skills experiences that foster purpose and connection. You will design activities aligned with each resident's interests and abilities, lead small groups and enrichment clubs, and tailor programming based on ISP reviews and resident profiles.

Daily engagement focuses on meaningful routines, resident-centered activities, and collaboration with staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

Pay Range: 15.92 - 19.90
