Farmers Insurance District 40 is seeking a Business Growth Consultant focused on Life and Commercial lines. You will partner with agency owners, sales leaders, and producers to drive growth, coach teams, and implement training programs that lift district performance.

This role emphasizes hands-on coaching, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to increase production, retention, and profitability across Life and Commercial portfolios.

Qualifications

• Insurance industry experience required.
• Active insurance license required.
• Strong understanding of insurance sales and agency operations.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven; willingness to become a district resource for Life and Commercial (training provided).

Responsabilités

• Coach agency teams on Life and Commercial sales and process improvement
• Identify new opportunities in current books and prospecting pipelines
• Educate agency staff on Life and Commercial products
• Support cross-selling, prospecting, and closing techniques
• Analyze sales numbers to spot trends and gaps
• Help agencies set and achieve goals
• Develop sales trainings, campaigns, and contests district-wide
• Share best practices and successes with all agencies
