Qualificações

• 2+ years in business consulting, sales leadership, or agency operations.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and adept at managing multiple new agency partnerships.
• Insurance experience and active P&C or Life & Health licenses required.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred

Responsabilidades

• Guide new agency owners through the startup process, from licensing to business launch
• Collaborate to develop customized business strategies focused on sales, marketing, and customer retention
• Provide hands-on support for recruiting, onboarding, and training staff
• Monitor new agency performance, conduct regular reviews, and deliver targeted coaching to accelerate growth
• Recommend improvements in operations, champion technology adoption, and promote efficient business practices
• Deliver training on Farmers products, underwriting guidelines, and emerging market trends
• Serve as a mentor and resource, helping new owners overcome challenges and achieve sustainable success
