Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Cook to join a health-minded team in a fast-paced setting, delivering menu items per recipes while upholding food safety standards.

The role includes supporting Bistro operations, maintaining LifeCafe cleanliness, and coordinating with sandwich and salad stations to ensure fresh, high-quality dishes for members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• ServSafe certification within the first 90 days of hire.
• Experience in restaurant settings (fast casual or full service) is preferred.
• Ability to lift over 20 lbs and stand/move for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to daily Bistro needs: stocking supplies, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness: sweeping, mopping, cleaning equipment, washing dishes.
• Manages food production flow with sandwich and salad stations.
• Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of ingredients.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Adheres to the daily needs for the Bistro, including, but not limited to, stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety of kitchen
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning kitchen equipment, and washing dishes
• Manages the flow of food production in conjunction with the sandwich and salad stations
• Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of ingredients while preparing food
  

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
• ServSafe certification required within the first 90 days of hire
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
  

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in restaurant with fast casual or full service experience

Experience prepping recipes
