Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Cook to work in a fast-paced, health-conscious environment. You will prepare menu items according to recipes, help maintain a clean kitchen, and support the Bistro and LifeCafe operations with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires ServSafe and CPR/AED certifications within specified timelines and the ability to lift 20+ lbs and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to routinely bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time.
• ServSafe certification required within the first 90 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the daily needs for the Bistro, including stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety of kitchen.
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning kitchen equipment, and washing dishes.
• Manages the flow of food production in conjunction with the sandwich and salad stations.
• Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of ingredients while preparing food.
