Job summary

Life Time in Atlanta is hiring a Restaurant Cook to join health-minded teammates in a fast-paced setting, preparing menu items per recipes while following strict food-safety guidelines.

You will stock supplies, maintain LifeCafe cleanliness, and manage food production flow with sandwich and salad stations, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs routinely.
• Ability to stand and move around the cafe for extended periods.
• ServSafe certification within the first 90 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of hire.
• Preferred: experience in fast casual or full-service restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the daily needs for the Bistro, including stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety of kitchen
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning kitchen equipment, and washing dishes
• Manages the flow of food production in conjunction with the sandwich and salad stations
• Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of ingredients while preparing food

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Adheres to the daily needs for the Bistro, including, but not limited to, stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety of kitchen
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning kitchen equipment, and washing dishes
• Manages the flow of food production in conjunction with the sandwich and salad stations
• Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of ingredients while preparing food
  

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
• ServSafe certification required within the first 90 days of hire
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
  

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in restaurant with fast casual or full service experience
