Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Cook in Maryland to work with health-minded teammates in a fast-paced environment. You will produce menu items per recipes, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and uphold food safety guidelines while supporting the Bistro and LifeCafe operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift over 20 lbs, and certifications (ServSafe within 90 days, CPR/AED within 30 days). Experience in fast casual or full-service settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to routinely bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods.
• ServSafe certification required within the first 90 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the daily needs for the Bistro, including stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety of kitchen.
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning kitchen equipment, and washing dishes.
• Manages the flow of food production in conjunction with the sandwich and salad stations.
• Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of ingredients while preparing food.

• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning kitchen equipment, and washing dishes
• Manages the flow of food production in conjunction with the sandwich and salad stations
