Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Cook to join a health-minded team in a fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare menu items per recipes, ensure timely delivery, and uphold food safety standards in a community-focused club setting.

You will support the Bistro and LifeCafe with daily kitchen duties, assist with stocking and cleanliness, and collaborate with station teams to maintain quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certification required within 90 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to daily needs for the Bistro, stocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness.
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping and washing dishes.
• Manages flow of food production with sandwich and salad stations.
• Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Adheres to the daily needs for the Bistro, including, but not limited to, stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety of kitchen
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning kitchen equipment, and washing dishes
• Manages the flow of food production in conjunction with the sandwich and salad stations
• Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of ingredients while preparing food
  

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
• ServSafe certification required within the first 90 days of hire
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
  

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in restaurant with fast casual or full service experience
