Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicates with professionalism and compassion to gather data for Life Benefit eligibility.
• Adjudicates claims accurately per policy and regulations.
• Calculates complex benefit payments, with interest where applicable.
• Meets quality, productivity and customer service standards for claim reviews and decisions.
• Participates in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts to identify process enhancements.
• Documents analyses and decisions in the online system.
