Job summary

DXC Technology Company is seeking a Client Partner for Life and Annuity to own executive client relationships, drive account growth, and align delivery with business outcomes. This remote role requires travel up to 50% for client meetings and business needs.

You will lead complex multi-service engagements, shape solutions across digital, data, AI, cloud, and BPM, and manage revenue, margin, and forecasted performance with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Eight+ years of experience in insurance consulting, technology services, account management, or client leadership.
• Substantial Life Insurance and Annuities knowledge including policy administration, underwriting, billing, distribution.
• Proven success growing complex insurance accounts and closing technology, managed services, or business process engagements.
• Experience owning account financials including revenue, margin, forecasting and P&L.
• Ability to build credibility and influence with senior client executives and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong pursuit leadership, negotiation, and contract management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel based on client and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Own executive client relationships and growth strategy for Life and Annuity accounts.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from qualification to close across multiple service lines.
• Provide industry and solution leadership spanning policy administration, digital, data, AI, cloud, and BPM.
• Ensure delivery alignment and profitability through governance with client and internal teams.
