Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Insurance Market Seller to expand our North American Life Insurance and Annuity and Property & Casualty market presence. You will identify white space, originate new opportunities, and build senior executive relationships to drive growth.

You must understand carrier operating models, distribution, policy servicing, and the technology priorities shaping the market. Travel up to 50% is required; this is a remote role with East Coast preference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of enterprise technology services or complex solution sales experience.
• Experience selling into North American Life Insurance and Annuity and/or Property & Casualty carriers.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, operations, and industry dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategy for North American Insurance market.
• Originate opportunities through executive networks and market intelligence.
• Build relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders across insurers.
• Lead the complete sales cycle from origination to close.
• Develop client business cases linking DXC solutions to measurable outcomes.
