Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, SaaS/software in L&A insurance.
• Deep understanding of L&A insurance challenges and opportunities.
• Experience carrying annual and quarterly targets and regional goals.
• Experience with technology services consulting.
• Strong track record of sales success and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for executive interactions.
• Leadership skills to guide less experienced personnel.
• Ability to work in a team environment and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales across the L&A insurance industry for DXC software solutions.
• Build out and deploy strategies to secure new accounts.
• Lead complex pursuits with account and offering teams to achieve growth targets.
• Develop relationships with C-Suite prospects in enterprise accounts.
• Prospect and nurture new L&A opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle for modernization/transformation solutions.
• Meet or exceed annual targets for the L&A vertical.
• Create market opportunities and qualify opportunities within defined markets.
• Coordinate with pre-sales and client relationship teams to drive pipeline.
