Oversee 200+ staff, drive process improvements, ensure SLAs and compliance, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experiences.

The role emphasizes budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives, with a schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST and domestic travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in Life & Annuity Claims with leadership experience.
• Proven track record in process improvement and operational optimization.
• Experience with 2–3+ life insurers or TPA/BPO providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple teams, ensuring efficiency, quality and compliance.
• Mentor 200+ staff including managers, senior analysts and analysts.
• Drive process improvement, budgeting, forecasting and KPI reporting across the function.
