Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Business Process Solutions (BPS) to lead large-scale operational transformation initiatives for insurers, building and guiding global teams, defining processes, and partnering with executive stakeholders to improve performance and grow our BPS portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business Process Services (BPS), BPO, process transformation, or large-scale service delivery environments.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing large global teams and complex operational programs.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and client experience.
• Oversee large-scale service delivery programs, budgets, resource planning, and performance.
