Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Operations Leader for US Insurance operations. You will lead a senior team, ensure SLA/KPI adherence, and drive data-driven improvements across processes.

The role emphasizes client management, cross-functional coordination, and performance optimization. The position requires 12–15 years total experience with 5–7 years in leadership, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience, with at least 5–7 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in US Insurance operations.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with operational metrics such as AHT, CSAT, SLA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse team of Subject Matter Experts to achieve objectives.
• Ensure SLA, KPI, and contractual obligations are met; manage client escalations.
• Perform monthly performance reviews and drive corrective actions where needed.
• Identify inefficiencies and close process gaps through structured analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver timely reports on daily, weekly, and monthly performance and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain regular engagement with onshore stakeholders to align priorities and expectations.
