With deep expertise in Managed Infrastructure Services, Application Modernization, and Industry-Specific Software Solutions, DXC modernizes, secures, and operates some of the world's most complex technology estates. DXC's Insurance Software and BPS (ISB) helps insurers around the world modernize and run their core operations at scale by combining deep industry expertise, proven software platforms, and innovative AI-driven solutions. A global market leader in core insurance platforms, ISB delivers solutions across policy administration, claims, billing, analytics, and digital engagement supporting Life & Annuity, Property & Casualty, and Specialty insurance markets. You’ll directly shape how the world's leading insurers operate by helping to transform the policy, underwriting, and claims systems that millions of people rely on every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technology Project Leadership: Lead multiple concurrent technology projects supporting Life and Annuity business operations, platforms, and digital capabilities. Establish project objectives, scope, milestones, dependencies, governance, risks, and success measures. Manage project plans, budgets, resources, schedules, and delivery commitments. Lead cross-functional teams spanning Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, Operations, Business, Compliance, and external vendors. Ensure technology initiatives remain aligned with business priorities and enterprise technology strategy. Provide regular executive-level reporting on project status, risks, financials, dependencies, and delivery performance. Facilitate steering committees and leadership governance meetings.
  • Life & Annuity Technology Support: modernization and transformation of Life and Annuity technology platforms and operational workflows. Partner with business leaders to understand insurance processes and translate them into technology requirements and implementation plans. Support initiatives involving policy administration, new business, underwriting, billing, claims, servicing, transactions, reconciliation, customer portals, and related insurance capabilities. Coordinate technology integrations between core insurance platforms, enterprise applications, APIs, data services, and downstream systems. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, automation, data quality, and customer experience through technology.
  • Agile & Product Delivery: Lead Agile delivery teams using Scrum and/or SAFe methodologies. Establish and manage product backlogs, priorities, roadmaps, release plans, and delivery milestones. Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to develop clear requirements, epics, features, and user stories. Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and release readiness activities. Monitor team velocity, capacity, dependencies, risks, and delivery predictability. Establish effective delivery standards and continuously improve Agile execution.
  • API & Systems Integration: Lead technology projects involving REST APIs, enterprise integrations, transaction processing, and system interoperability. Coordinate with architects and development teams to define integration requirements, dependencies, testing strategies, and deployment plans. Partner with technical teams on API modernization, application integration, cloud migration, and platform transformation initiatives. Oversee integration testing, UAT, defect management, release planning, and production deployment readiness. Ensure appropriate documentation and governance are maintained throughout the integration lifecycle.
  • Governance, Risk & Compliance: Establish strong project governance, controls, documentation, and operational readiness practices. Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints. Ensure technology initiatives meet applicable security, regulatory, compliance, and enterprise governance requirements. Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and business stakeholders as required. Maintain traceability between requirements, development, testing, approvals, and production implementation.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Serve as a trusted technology partner to Life and Annuity business leaders. Build strong relationships with executives, technology leaders, business stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams. Translate complex technical concepts into clear business impacts and recommendations. Manage vendor relationships, deliverables, dependencies, and performance where applicable. Resolve escalated issues and drive decisions across organizational boundaries.
  • Operational Transformation: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate manual activities, and improve operational efficiency. Use data, KPIs, and performance reporting to identify delivery and operational improvement opportunities. Establish dashboards and executive reporting to provide transparency into project health and business outcomes. Leverage AI-enabled productivity tools to improve documentation, planning, requirements analysis, reporting, and delivery execution.
