Job summary

Wilshire Law Firm in Irvine is seeking a Liens & Subrogation Assistant to manage and negotiate medical liens for personal injury cases. You will communicate daily with medical providers and clients to ensure proper compensation from settlements and maximize the client's final payout.

You must be professional and empathetic when interacting with clients, maintain accurate data in the firm’s database, and coordinate closely with our Los Angeles office as part of a team devoted to Excellence and

Qualifications

• Administrative experience with strong attention to detail, effective communication and multi-tasking.
• Experience using Office 365.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented performance.
• Knowledge of medical treatment and medical provider types.
• Spanish fluency is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Call medical providers to gather initial case information.
• Keep track of cases and schedule follow-ups as needed.
• Communicate with doctors' offices, coworkers, and clients.
• Update the firm’s database with accurate data in a timely manner.
• Upload and share relevant documents as required.
• Build strong rapport with potential clients.
