The ideal candidate has 5+ years in personal injury or healthcare lien resolution, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with California lien laws. JD required; CA Bar preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in personal injury or healthcare lien resolution.
• Knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes preferred.
• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar preferred.
• Experience with governmental and private insurance lien resolution.
