As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will train employees, manage daily operations, handle reservations with OpenTable, and collaborate with management to maintain high standards and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Shift Leader or supervisor in dining.
• Experience in fine dining or high-volume casual dining.
• Strong customer service and hospitality management skills.
• Ability to lead a team and foster a positive work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise serving staff for efficient service.
• Train new employees on policies and standards.
• Manage daily operations including inventory, cash handling, POS.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness.
• Host when needed: seating and reservations via OpenTable.
• Assist on the floor by serving water/wine.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues.
• Collaborate on staffing and scheduling.
• Oversee shift management during peak hours.
• Conduct staff meetings and reinforce training.

Duties

• Lead and supervise the serving staff to ensure efficient and professional service delivery.
• Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Manage daily operations including inventory control, cash handling, and POS system management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Perform as host when needed: welcoming guests, seating, and managing reservations in OpenTable.
• Assist on the floor when necessary by running food, clearing tables, and serving water or wine.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management on staffing needs and scheduling.
• Oversee shift management to guarantee smooth operations during peak hours.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and reinforce training initiatives.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Shift Leader, Head Server, or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong background in fine dining or high-volume casual dining environments.
• Excellent customer service and hospitality management skills.
• Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
