The Press Club Grill in Florida is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to help oversee daily restaurant operations, mentor staff, and uphold high standards of food quality and presentation. You will coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house teams, enforce health and safety regulations, manage inventories, and contribute to new menu ideas that reflect our commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service management within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Experience managing a dietary department is a plus.
