The UPS Store in Salinas, CA is seeking a high-energy Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver world-class customer service. You will oversee a small team, manage notary responsibilities, and ensure operational excellence across printing, shipping, and packing services.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail management, UPS Store experience is a strong plus, and strong communication skills. This in-person role rewards performance with benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years in a retail or hospitality management role.
• Prior UPS Store network experience is a plus.
• Must be a commissioned Notary Public or willing to become one within 90 days.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing and inventory.
• Recruit, train, and schedule a team; coach on service techniques and print services.
• Own customer experience as the primary escalation point for complex needs.
• Manage P&L, monitor labor costs, and drive sales targets and KPIs.
• Master TUPSS POS, shipping software, and professional print equipment.
