Job summary

The UPS Store in Salinas, CA is seeking a high-energy Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales performance. You will oversee inventory, customer service, and a team of associates, ensuring a pristine retail environment and world-class service.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail or hospitality management, with notary privileges preferred, and strong communication and tech skills to manage POS, shipping software, and print equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a retail or hospitality management role.
• Must be a commissioned Notary Public (or willing to become one within 90 days).
• Experience with The UPS Store network is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing and inventory management.
• Lead, train, and schedule a team of associates; coach on service techniques and print services.
• Own customer experience and serve as escalation point for complex issues.
• Manage the store's P&L, monitor labor costs, and drive KPI targets.
• Master the TUPSS POS system and related shipping/software tools.
