Job summary

The UPS Store in Salinas, CA is seeking a high-energy Store Manager to lead our Creekbridge Plaza location. You will drive sales, oversee daily operations, and coach a team to deliver world-class customer service.

We are looking for a retail leader with 2–3 years of management experience, who can manage P&L, scheduling, and print/ship services. Notary Public status or eligibility within 90 days is required; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a retail or hospitality management role.
• Notary Public commissioned (or eligible within 90 days of hire).
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus for print services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and a pristine retail environment.
• Recruit, train, and schedule a team of associates; coach on service techniques, shipping regulations, and print services.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer needs with a solutions-first approach.
• Manage the store's P&L, monitor labor costs, and drive toward monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Master the TUPSS POS, shipping software, and professional print equipment.
