Qualifications

• Three years of previous retail management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance standards in sales.
• Thrives in a fast-paced store environment with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent team-building and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and lead store staff to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
• Coach employees to attract and retain guests and optimize sales.
• Create and approve staff schedules to ensure coverage.
• Plan and execute sales promotions and events to drive performance.
• Oversee inventory receipt and POS system accuracy.
