FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND CONSUMER SERVICES in Tallahassee seeks a Regulatory Specialist II in the Division of Licensing to process initial and renewal applications and advise on licensing requirements.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years of professional or nonprofessional experience in administrative, regulatory, or related work.
• Equivalency for education can substitute for 5 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree (4 years) with 1 year of related experience in administrative or regulatory work.

Responsabilidades

• Responds to inquiries regarding eligibility for initial and renewal applications.
• Interprets policies, procedures, Florida Statutes, and reciprocity.
• Reviews applications, investigative and verification reports, fingerprint analyses, to determine actions needed for processing.
• Provides online customer service via live chat for eligibility questions.
• Answers complex legal phone calls regarding administrative complaints, suspensions, and final orders.
• Assists applicants, licensees and others with licensing requirements and procedures.
• Performs data entry in the EDMS and maintains records and statistics.
• Indexes and files scanned documents for storage and retrieval.
• Composes live chat and written responses to inquiries from applicants and licensees.
• Performs other related duties as required.
